My career history is mostly around the IT/DEX/EUC/ITSM/ESM/ITAM/SAM industry. I play a small part contributing to the global community, sharing opinion, communicating and speaking on subjects around Digital Experience, ITSM, ESM, Automation, AI and business technology futures. I’ve presented at many industry events worldwide including Gartner Symposium, HDI, SMWorld, Pink, SDI, SITS, ITSMf, Brighttalk. and also co-host on the long running Enterprise Digital Podcast.

When I’m not working, I’m to be found with my wife and kids and dog, messing around a lot in boats, making music, still even DJ-ing, and very rarely strumming the Ukulele (badly).
