INCLUSIVITY & ACCESSIBILITY

Venue

All exhibition and conference venues are accessible via lift or escalator.

  • Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available in every exhibition and conference venue.
  • A limited number of wheelchairs are available at the first aid post on a first-come basis; reservations aren’t possible, so visitors with their own wheelchair are encouraged to bring it.

Seating

There are plenty of options at the show when it comes to finding a space to rest.  Not only are there ample numbers of seats in each of our theatres, you can also make your way to the Show Café, as well as any seating area inside the hall. Outside the hall, find seating in the entrance of the Beatrix Building.

Seminar Timings

We appreciate that the MSP Show Netherlands is a large event and it can be difficult to make your way from one seminar session to the other without missing any of the content. That’s why you’ll get 20 minutes between sessions.

Lactation Room

There is a lactation/pump room (with a fridge). The key is picked up at the reception desk of the Beatrix Building or the hall complex, and staff will direct you to the room.

Food

Jaarbeurs has plenty of food and drink on site, so there’s no need to leave the venue between sessions. You will find food inside the show hall, in the Show Café. Please note the restaurant by the entrance of the building is currently closed. However you will find another restaurant at the Queens Club, upstairs.

Wi-Fi

Jaarbeurs runs a free public Wi-Fi network across the whole complex, which covers the Beatrix Building as well as the exhibition halls. As a visitor, you can log in by connecting to the public network and accepting the terms on your mobile device.

Water Refill

You will find two water tanks near the show hall for refilling, which will be available throughout the event.

Toilets

Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available on the ground floor near the front desk, as well as on other floors of the Beatrix Building, and are clearly marked with icons throughout the building. General (non-accessible) toilets are situated throughout the building. You can find them by following the signage onsite.

Cloakroom

A cloakroom is available at the Beatrix Building reception desk, priced at €2.50 per item. Lockers are also available to rent in the exhibition and conference building for €5 per day.

Pronouns

The MSP Show Netherlands is giving attendees the chance to choose if they would like to add pronouns to their visitor badge. We believe this will create a more inclusive environment, showing respect for individuals’ gender identities.
